Program Manager – Facilities Systems (Oracle Unifier Program Manager)

Join a dynamic and innovative Facilities & Real Estate team supporting a large and complex healthcare portfolio spanning hospitals, ambulatory locations, and critical infrastructure. We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager – Facilities Systems to lead the administration, enhancement, and delivery of enterprise Facilities technology solutions, with a primary focus on Oracle Unifier.

This role is responsible for managing enterprise-wide Facilities systems initiatives and ensuring Oracle Unifier solutions align with organizational objectives, operational requirements, and governance standards. Working closely with Facilities Operations, Design & Construction, Finance, vendors, and Information Technology teams, the Program Manager will lead system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and process improvements that improve efficiency, data quality, reporting, and user experience.

Oracle Unifier Administration & Configuration

  • Configure and maintain Oracle Unifier business processes, workflows, forms, permissions, attributes, shells, reports, dashboards, and notifications.
  • Partner with stakeholders to evaluate business requirements and implement scalable system solutions that support Facilities Operations, Design & Construction, Capital Planning, and Facilities Finance.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements leveraging platform capabilities and industry best practices.
  • Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of system functionality.

Project & Vendor Management

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate activities among internal teams, consultants, software vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Process Improvement & Analytics

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze system and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that support informed decision-making and data quality initiatives.

Change Management & User Adoption

  • Lead stakeholder communications, training, and change management activities to support successful adoption of new functionality and business processes.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, standard operating procedures, training materials, and system documentation.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex system issues and provide functional guidance to users.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure Facilities systems operate securely, reliably, and in compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
  • Establish and maintain standards for system administration, configuration management, data integrity, and quality assurance.

Required Criteria

  • Minimum 5 years relevant technical or broader industry experience. Proven experience as a system administration or similar role, preferably in a facilities or design and construction environment.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

$97,000-$145,000/Annual
