In this multifaceted role, the Program Manager will oversee program operations, drive strategic expansion, deepen partnerships, and enhance its responsiveness to the evolving needs of the community. This program aims to provide access to healthcare for the Chinese community of Lower Manhattan, and the Program Manager will work to expand the reach of the program to Brooklyn and Queens.

This is a full-time position and may be required to work early morning, evening, and weekend hours as needed.

Preferred Criteria

  • Master’s degree

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field
  • At least 2 years of management experience in community outreach or a hospital setting
  • At least 3 years of experience in community health, service coordination, program or business administration
  • Bilingual: Chinese (reading and writing) and English
  • Proficient computer skills including: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Zoom, Salesforce, and Chinese software
  • Outstanding ability to interface and resolve conflicts in highly visible situations with the public, community partners, patients and their families, volunteers, and staff
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, tact, flexibility, patience, empathy

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Salary Range:

$111,000-$149,000/Annual
