Program Lead – Youth Development - Cornell

NewYork-Presbyterian’s Division of Community and Population Health is seeking an exceptional Program Lead to support our growing Youth Development portfolio. This full-time position plays a key role in advancing programming designed to build social-emotional skills, expand career exposure, and promote health equity for adolescents and young adults.

Under the guidance of the Program Director, the Program Lead will coordinate, implement, and support the administration of youth development initiatives across the enterprise. Responsibilities include assisting with program planning and execution, supporting data collection and reporting on various youth development projects, contributing to the design and management of new youth-centered initiatives, and serving as a liaison with internal partners, community organizations, and program participants. The Program Lead will also support participant-facing activities, family engagement efforts, and day-to-day operational needs essential to program success.

Preferred Criteria

  • Master’s degree 
  • Experience working in a hospital and/or community-based setting 
  • Experience with data management 
  • Leading teams  

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, ability to work with diverse community

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

$76,000-$99,500/Annual
