Program Director - MarComm Strategic Initiatives & Optimization

The Program Director will report to the Corporate Director of Strategic Planning, Insights & Customer Engagement and act as an internal consulting partner to senior leadership, helping frame complex business challenges, define priorities, lead strategic initiatives, and translate opportunities into clear, actionable plans that advance long-term MarComm priorities. In this role, you will strengthen governance, prioritization, investment alignment, and operational discipline. You'll also modernize key MarComm capabilities across YouTube, patient education video, AI-informed content discoverability, and internal podcast and video production. Optimize patient education video strategy by establishing searchability best practices and scaling a robust education series across YouTube and digital channels.
