Process Improvement Lead
Serve as an internal consultant for organization-wide projects related to our cost savings initiative. This position entails collaborating with hospital leadership across departments on projects related to hospital finance and operations using systematic data driven methodologies to evaluate and facilitate process improvement and cost containment. Encourage staff involvement and ensure compliance with external regulatory standards. Develop and implement plans for data collection and analysis. Establish, track, and monitor performance metrics. Provide guidance to staff, and build strong team relationships based on trust and open communication.
Preferred Criteria
  • Master’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience in operations, financial/revenue cycle, and general consulting at a hospital or healthcare network
  • Lean/PMP Certification
  • RN, PA, PharmD or other clinical experience 
Required Criteria
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate qualitative and quantitative information to efficiently and effectively evaluate processes improvement based on findings
  • Demonstrated ability to identify project objectives, integrate multiple activities/resources and facilitate group activity towards organizational objectives
  • Demonstrated verbal and written abilities to communicate to staff at all levels of an organization and present to and answer questions from leadership
  • Strong team building skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Salary Range:

$161,500-$177,500/Annual
