Physician Assistant - Internal Medicine - Full Time Days

In this role, the Physician Assistant will perform history and physical examinations, establish presumptive diagnoses, and initiate general workups, including ordering appropriate laboratory studies. This is a full-time (Monday – Friday), day shift position.

Required Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• Degree or major in Certified Physician Assistant

• Licensure as a Physician's Assistant by the State of New York

• National Commission Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA)

• Minimum of one year of post-degree course work and/or an internship and less than one year of previous experience

• DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) registration number

• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) with the American Heart Association
