Staff Pharmacist – Specialty Pharmacy – Full-Time

Bring your specialty pharmacy experience to our organization and help provide each patient with the highest possible level of personalized care. Our team of pharmacists are focused on supporting those patients with complex and chronic disease. Our exceptional leadership team supports our staff members to take an active role in patient care. Utilize your patient education experience to build closer relationships between the pharmacy and our interdisciplinary teams. Here you will experience the latest practices and technologies while playing a key role in the clinical team. 

This position will be for Flexible shfits.

Preferred Criteria 

• Patient education experience 
• Experience as a specialty pharmacist in a hospital setting 
• Board Certification (e.g. CSP, BCPS) 
• Prior pharmacy experience including pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems and insurance.
• Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no direction, depending on oneself to complete tasks and determining when escalation is deemed necessary 
• Knowledgeable in Hospital EMR system: Epic and Willow Ambulatory 
  

Required Criteria 

• Strong commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience 
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D. degree 
• New York State licensure
