The Clinical Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring optimal continuity of care for the Oncology Service Line patients and their families through support, coordination, and education of care and fostering collaboration among physicians and the broader interdisciplinary care team participating in clinical activities.
Focus includes quality and education.
Manages Quality metrics in conjunction with Hospital initiatives
Position may be flexible to accommodate 10-hour days ( 4 days a week). Also must be flexible to weekends, and/or nights/evenings occasionally to accommodate operational needs of department. .
Preferred Criteria:
Masters in Nursing or related field. If Masters in Nursing, BSN can be preferred
Required Criteria:
BSN
Current NYS RN Licensure
5-7 years experience
Expertise with Joint Commission regulations and certification requirements

Salary Range:
