Nurse Practitioners for this position must be willing and able to work at different Ambulatory Care facilities as needed, performing comprehensive history and physical examinations, obtaining pertinent patient medical information, recording medical information in electronic medical record format, and providing accurate and sensitive patient counseling and follow-up of care for both obstetrical and gynecological patients.
This is a per diem day shift position in our Ambulatory Care Network /Columbia Campus.
Preferred Criteria:
- 5+ years experience as an NP in an OB/GYN setting
- Bilingual- English/Spanish
- Outpatient or community-based clinic experience preferred
Required Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years FNP or Women's Health NP experience in OB/GYN
- Masters Degree in Nursing and certification in clinical specialty required
- New York State RN License
- NYS NP License
- BLS through AHA
