As an essential part of our Ambulatory Care Network (ACN), the Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner will be working with an interdisciplinary team in the outpatient setting providing psychiatric evaluations, crisis triage, stabilization, and linkage to ongoing outpatient treatment.
Medication management and short-term treatment will be provided. Collaboration with other mental health providers such as social workers, psychologists, case manager and psychiatrists would be integral in-patient care.

This is a full-time, five day/week position at the Broadway Practice from 10 a.m.- 6:30 p.m. four days/week and on Tuesdays from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. The location is 4781 Broadway, NY, NY.
Preferred Criteria:
- Adult Behavioral Health NP with 2-3 years of experience in the outpatient setting
- Strong psychiatric diagnostic skills
- Bilingual- English/Spanish
Required Criteria:
- Master’s Degree in Advanced Practice - PMHNP
- Board Certification Pediatric Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner
- Current NYS RN & NP licensure
- Current BLS certification through AHA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of one-year NP experience in outpatient psychiatric setting providing psychopharmacology and psychotherapeutic treatment
- Work with patients with comorbid psychiatric and substance use issues.
