Manager of Revenue Cycle Advisory Services

As part of our collaborative, tight-knit team, you’ll lay the groundwork for transforming financial performance and leading this world renown academic medical center into a next generation revenue cycle business system.

Cooperatively and collaboratively manage a portfolio of 60 – 80 projects across all disciplines and functional elements of the Hospital’s revenue cycle, defining project architecture and resource allocations, and serving as a trusted business advisor to dozens of operating stakeholders and senior leadership.  Using consultative experiences, design thinking, and deep knowledge of how Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platforms and next generation technologies impact revenue cycle people, process, and performance, you will lead a group of ~30 Project Coordinators, Leads, and Managers to develop, promote, and advocate radical change to generate successful revenue cycle outcomes, improved key performance indicators (KPI), and reductions in cost to collect.

Preferred Criteria

  • Masters Degree

  • Previous consulting experience

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 7 – 10 years healthcare experience including 3 – 5 years in a management capacity

  • Advanced to expert understanding of how to use Microsoft business applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platforms (e.g. – Epic)

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Salary Range:

$135,000-$182,000/Annual
