Manager of Operations – Radiology – Weill Cornell
In this pivotal role, you'll lead a high-profile team at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. As Manager of Operations, you’ll be key in delivering high-quality diagnostic services while enhancing patient care. You'll oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and collaborate with patients and staff to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
Your expertise will shape strategic initiatives within and between departments, promoting service growth and supporting the hospital’s mission. You’ll analyze critical operational challenges, from regulatory concerns to coding and reimbursement, while working with department managers to identify areas for improvement. Your innovative approach will drive performance by eliminating variances and ensuring that our standards for care are met. Additionally, you'll monitor statistics, meet benchmark requirements, prepare reports, and lead key projects and programs as directed by leadership. Your leadership will guide the operations staff to success.
This role is an opportunity to apply your clinical expertise and leadership skills in a dynamic, research-driven environment at an Academic Medical Center, influencing patient care and outcomes.
This is a full-time day flex position working at our Weill Cornell site.
Preferred Criteria
- Master’s degree
- Proven experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
Required Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Administration
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience
- At least two years of supervisory experience
- Strong computer programming skills
- Experience in Health Administration and Quality Improvement
- Solid management and financial expertise
- Deep understanding of a dynamic healthcare environment
- Experience in hospital operations, financial management, or strategic planning

Salary Range:
