Manager, Hercules PMO & Benchmarking

Manages the end-to-end operations of the HERCULES PMO and Benchmarking team. Provide day-to-day oversight for all monitoring and measuring performed by the PMO team to support HERCULES and associated processes (such as OBIT and RAC), by ensuring timeliness and accuracy of submissions, metrics, and template updates. Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues in Budget and Accounting to ensure seamless communication within Finance and between Finance and Operations, and to routinely align and enhance processes for budgeting and measurement of HERCULES Program.
Manages operations of the Benchmark program to support the organization’s initiatives in operational strength. Provides executive and department level benchmark reports; educational training in key performance indicators; best practice sharing cross campus; and supports senior management and department leadership in monitoring performance and identifying improvement opportunities.

This position is located at our corporate office in midtown Manhattan.

Preferred Criteria

  • Master’s degree

  • Previous experience in Hospital Operations

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive health care finance experience

  • 6-8 years in professional experience

  • 3-4 years management experience

  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial analytical experience

Salary Range:

$145,000-$200,000/Annual
