Manager - Financial Planning (HERCULES)

This position plays a key role in advancing HERCULES, NewYork-Presbyterian’s enterprise-wide margin improvement initiative. Provide day-to-day oversight for all monitoring and measuring performed by the PMO team to support HERCULES and associated processes. Design and develop communication materials (dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, other) to be shared with HERCULES, Senior VP of Financial Planning and other senior leadership groups as appropriate. Manager - Benchmarking – Finance/Operational Efficiency

Channel your top-notch reporting and data analysis skills at the nation’s largest private not-for-profit medical center, NewYork-Presbyterian. This position manages operations of the benchmark program to support the organization’s initiatives in operational strength. Provides executive and department level benchmark reports; educational training in key performance indicators; best practice sharing cross campus; and supports senior management and department leadership in monitoring performance and identifying improvement opportunities. This position plays a key role in advancing HERCULES, NewYork-Presbyterian’s enterprise-wide margin improvement initiative. Join our close-knit team, and get exposure to management and leadership across all ten of our New York City-area campuses.

This position is located at our corporate office in midtown Manhattan.

Preferred Criteria

  • Master’s degree
  • Previous experience in Hospital Operations

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive health care finance experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial analytical experience

Salary Range:

$135,000-$165,000/Annual
