Manager, Customer Centricity - Marketing - Corporate

The Customer Centricity Manager is a project management expert with an eye for creative. They shape the experiences customers have before, during, and after engaging with NewYork-Presbyterian by understanding the patient journey and addressing their needs through informative content. The role is tasked with leading the development of patient-facing communications - in partnership with internal contributors and external creative agency partners - as well as evolving the communication channels utilized. Strategies developed will be influenced by patient feedback, data, technology advancements, and stakeholder inputs. 

This is a full time position working 4 days at our Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan and the ability for 1 day remote.

Preferred Criteria

  • Content creation experience
  • Patient services and healthcare experience
  • Marketing experience related to the consumer journey
  • Project management skills

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university
  • 5 years of marketing experience with a corporation or advertising agency
  • Working knowledge in CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools
  • Demonstrated experience in synthesizing data into stories

$122,500-$157,000/Annual
