Lead Clinical Pharmacy Manager – Full Time – Weill Cornell
Help advance Pharmacy care at New York-Presbyterian. Lead a team of highly specialized clinical pharmacists to ensure the delivery of top-notch services to our patients. Under the direction of the Site Director, Vice President and Enterprise Clinical Director, plan, organize, and coordinate Pharmacy Services at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Partner with world renowned physicians, nurses and scientists to advance clinical pharmacy practice. You will be directly involved in developing and implementing the strategies to drive evidence-based care. Shape the next generation of pharmacy leaders through thoughtful goal setting and engagement.
The Lead Clinical Pharmacy Manager will supervise 20 clinical pharmacists, in areas such as infectious diseases, oncology, pediatrics, critical care, emergency medicine and internal medicine. Recruit, train and develop clinical pharmacists. Collaborate with the operations managers to implement local and Enterprise strategies and ensure clinical and operational metrics at met. Continually evaluate the needs of the department and hospital to ensure quality care is delivered to all patients in an equitable manner.
Preferred Criteria:
- Completion of an accredited pharmacy residency
- 3+ years of recent hospital/institutional experience as a manager of clinical pharmacists
- Candidates should also have documented ability to achieve targeted results in a complex, interdisciplinary environment, demonstrated problem-solving and project management abilities, and strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of excellent customer service and a focus on service excellence
Required Criteria:
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree
- New York Pharmacist License or eligibility to obtain within 3 months Managerial experience

Salary Range:
