Manager - Benchmarking – Finance/Operational Efficiency

Channel your top-notch reporting and data analysis skills at the nation’s largest private not-for-profit medical center, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. This position manages operations of the benchmark program to support the organization’s initiatives in operational strength. Provides executive and department level benchmark reports; educational training in key performance indicators; best practice sharing cross campus; and supports senior management and department leadership in monitoring performance and identifying improvement opportunities. This position plays a key role in advancing HERCULES, NewYork-Presbyterian’s campus-wide efficiency initiative that has already reduced costs by $300 million while simultaneously posting highest-ever patient satisfaction. Join our close-knit team, and get exposure to management and leadership across all six of our New York City-area campuses.

**This position is located at our corporate office in midtown Manhattan. Will require travel to various hospital campuses as needed.

Preferred Criteria

  • Previous experience in Operational Benchmarking (Vizient/ODB)
  • Previous experience in Hospital Operations

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive health care finance experience

Salary Range:

$135,000-$165,000/Annual
