As a Senior Technical Architect, Fundraising, you will: design and execute a centralized strategy for the Office Of Development’s Salesforce org; collaborate with your team and users in identifying functional and technical requirements in the evaluation, analysis, and design of small- and large-scale solutions; manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale and articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for technical architecture. You will also be responsible for ensuring the continued technical growth of junior team members.

This role is primarily remote with hybrid option. May require occasional on-site presence; therefore, should live within a commutable distance.  No relocation assistance available.

Preferred Criteria

  • Master’s Degree with a major in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Non Profit Success Pack (NPSP) experience
  • Experience with Azure Devops, Copado, and Ownbackup or similar tools
  • 2 years of experience leading/mentoring junior Administrators and Developers

Required Criteria

  • At least 7 to 10 years of work experience on the Salesforce platform
  • At least 3 years of experience with SDLC
  • Ability to convert business needs into technical requirements
  • Experience using a Devops platform such as Copado
  • Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform Application Builder, Platform Developer 1 and (Application Architect OR System Architect)
  • Experience developing secure complex features and functionalities using: Flows, Apex, SOQL / SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components
  • Experience working as part of an Agile Scrum team
  • Experience installing and managing third party integrations with Salesforce
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration and documentation skills

Preferred Criteria

  • Master’s Degree

  • Major in Computer Science or related discipline

  • Programming Languages – Javascript, APEX, Lightning components, Visual Force, Familiarity with ANT and Eclipse tools for working with the IDE

  • Tableau/other visualization tools

  • Experience in web-based, client-server and three-tier architectures

  • Experience with real-time integrations, HL7, FHIR

  • Experience with Azure Devops, Copado, and Ownbackup

Salary Range:

$129,000-$193,000/Annual
