Lead Pharmacist – Night Flex

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Curating overnight staffing scheduling
• Reviewing time-off requests from staff
• Providing huddle summaries / communicating pertinent information to staff
• Overseeing overnight operational workflow / directing role assignments
• Providing overnight clinical decision-making support 
• Developing quality improvement initiatives 
• Promoting staff engagement 

Preferred Criteria

• At least 3 years' experience in a hospital setting
• Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 residency 
• Patient education experience

Required Criteria

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. Degree
• New York State licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
