This full-time position is needed to serve as a Generalist with primary focus on Microbiology off-shift testing for the laboratories. This position will rotate coverage for testing between Microbiology, Blood Bank, Chemistry and Hematology. 

This is an Evening shift position, working 4:00pm - 12:00am, including rotating weekends and holidays.

Preferred Criteria

• ASCP certification

• Prior Microbiology lab technologist experience

Required Criteria

• A Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology (or equivalent) 

• New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist licensure from the New York Education department  

• New hires pending NY State license, must obtain license within 6 months of hire
