The Surgical Pathology Laboratory processes all anatomic testing, studying the effects of disease on the structure of the body and organs, both macro and microscopically.  This laboratory is critical to services such as OB/GYN, Oncology and all forms of surgery.  Here is where biopsies and other tissues get processed, analyzed and interpreted for cancers and other disorders.  

This Lab Assistant position in the Front Office is essential to ensure the requests for molecular tests, slide send outs, legal and patient requests are handled appropriately, accurately and efficiently in the Anatomic Pathology service.

The shift for this Full-Time position is 8:00AM- 4:00PM , Monday - Friday

Preferred Criteria

• Some college or technical courses
• Administrative/Clerical experience

Required Criteria

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior data entry experience 
• Customer Service Skills
