IT Analyst II – Network Operations Center (NOC)

As an Information Technology Analyst II, you will be responsible for the continual development of the NOC.  Utilizing our IT Infrastructure Monitoring tool to monitor, analyze and report on Event Management.  You will also ensure the performance, integrity and reliability of system components.  In addition you will determine user specifications for reporting and project needs and work independently in a professional, high-tech environment to oversee sophisticated and specialty technology.

Hiring for: 2nd Shift. *Rotating Holiday coverage required.

  • Saturday through Wednesday, 4pm-12am
  • Wednesday through Sunday, 4pm-12am
  • Monday through Friday, 4pm-12am

This is a Hybrid position, with required occasional travel to Clifton, NJ and/or Piscataway, NJ and Midtown New York Corporate Center. 

May require occasional on-site presence; therefore, should live within a commutable distance.  No relocation assistance available.

Preferred Criteria

  • Experience with LogicMonitor, Nagios, Dynatrace or similar IT Infrastructure Monitoring Tools
  • LogicMonitor Certified Associate (LMCA)/Professional (LMCP) Certifications
  • Working knowledge of Service Now, Windows, Linux OS, Database systems, Storage (Isilon, Pure, Rubrik), Cloud (Azure)
  • Experience in Enterprise Network technologies including Arista, Cisco, Palo Alto and F5.
  • Experience with basic network troubleshooting tools (ping, lookup, traceroute, etc.)
  • Minimum of two years’ experience or equivalent working as a NOC Analyst or in network operations

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/related discipline or 5+ years of related work experience

Salary Range:

$69,500-$110,500/Annual
