Product Analyst I – Technology Products and Program

As a Product Analyst I you will support the management of Technology related projects with a focus on Project Planning, Communication, Risk Assessment and Product Development lifecycles.  This position collects business requirements for process improvement/automation efforts, recommends improvements, creates project plans, develops workflows, coordinates with developers and vendors on project implementation and analyzes trends to ensure that the outputs of the solution are achieving the desired results and meeting agreed-upon service levels.  

Essential Job Duties

  • Manages Information Technology related projects with a focus on: Project planning, communication planning, implementation and go-live planning
  • Facilitates requirements gathering sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into technical specifications
  • Coordinates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and product features
  • Manages product lifecycle activities including roadmap development, feature prioritization, user acceptance testing, and post-launch support
  • Monitors and reports on project performance, adoption metrics, and service levels to ensure continuous improvement
  • Develops process documentation/workflows outlining current state and future state, knowledge articles and self-service guidance.
  • Provides overall direction and guidance, coordinates schedules and related project activities to ensure the work and documentation meet appropriate departments/service line standards
  • Establishes and maintains communication with project team, users, committees/work groups, vendors and management

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

$59,000-$89,000/Annual
