Growth Strategy and Planning Manager
The Growth Strategy and Planning Manager plays a critical role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth across healthcare services. This role blends strategic planning, market analysis, service design, and cross-functional collaboration to identify new opportunities, optimize existing offerings, and enhance patient and provider experiences. This role works closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights, forecast future performance, and align resources with enterprise goals in a complex and rapidly evolving healthcare environment. This position is part of the Strategy Department and will work collaboratively across New York-Presbyterian system and affiliates.
In this role, you’ll analyze markets, identify opportunities, and collaborate with clinical, operational, and corporate leaders to design strategies that enhance care for patients and providers alike.
Preferred Criteria
Experience in digital health, value-based care, or population health.
5+ years in healthcare strategy, consulting, or corporate developmentstrongly preferred
Proficiency in tools like Miro, Tableau, and strategic planning frameworks.
Master's Degree
Familiarity with service design, lean innovation, and agile methodologies
Required Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree
Three to five years of previous work-related experience

Salary Range:
