Project Lead -Enterprise Risk Management Program (ERM)
The Project Lead is responsible for helping to identify, assess, monitor, and report on changes in the ERM business environment. You will participate in stakeholder meetings to capture changes in the business environment, communicate requirements, escalate issues, and advise decision making regarding risk mitigation activities. In your role you will have an opportunity to interact with senior hospital leaders and play a critical role in implementing and maintaining an enterprise risk framework. In addition, you will work closely with the Director responsible for the ERM team to plan, design, implement, and monitor risk management processes and programs.
Preferred Criteria
- Masters degree
Required Criteria
- Bachelors or equivalent
- At least 4 years of relevant project management experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience in an internal/external auditor, enterprise risk management, risk consulting, and/or business process owner position in a large corporate environment in related industry
