Director of Support Services
As Director of Support Services, you will oversee the daily operations of Environmental Services, Patient Transport, and Food & Nutrition Services. In this high-impact and highly visible leadership role, you’ll be responsible for building and guiding a cohesive team of union professionals, fostering a culture rooted in service excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
Preferred Criteria
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a union environment
Required Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 10 years managerial experience as a Director or a Master’s Degree plus at least 7 years’ experience in a leadership position
- Experience in the health care or hospitality industry
- Experience in satisfaction strategies for staff as well as patients or customers
- Working knowledge of environmental services or housekeeping practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills to direct work and engage patients and staff

Salary Range:
