In this role, the Director, working with the Senior Director of Clinical Pharmacy and site specific directors, will optimize and centralize the scheduling and authorization across 10 ambulatory infusionsites.  They will help support the current and future growth of oncology and infusion.  This leader supports the objective of delivering safe, cost-effective and optimal therapy.  They will collaborate with the acute care and infusion pharmacy leadership team, service line leadership, nursing, and medical leadership in support of optimal patient care. The director will coordinate all oncology and infusion support services and programs. Director will be responsible for creating the vision, strategy and direction for gene therapy, non-oncology and oncology infusion areas.  Implements programs that improve patient and provider satisfaction and work to  maximizing the quality of patient care and streamlining expenses.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Five years’ experience in healthcare
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Director, Assistant Director or Pharmacy Management role

Required Criteria:

  • Advanced degree in healthcare related field or finance
  • Knowledge in Specialty Area.
  • Minimum 3 years recent hospital/institutional experience or related experience in Ambulatory Infusion Center

Salary Range:

$161,000-$226,000/Annual
