Stewardship Development Associate

New York-Presbyterian seeks a Stewardship Development Associate based at our corporate office located in midtown. This position will report to the Donor Stewardship Manager and work closely with Development Communications Team to assist in the Hospital’s efforts to secure funding for capital projects, state-of-the-art technology, and many other initiatives. In order to be successful, this individual will need to work collaboratively with other staff in the Office of Development and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·Manage and track communications requests from the development team

·Project manage requests to ensure communications requests are completed on time

·Work with NYP communication vendors

·Edit and write stewardship reports and materials (digital and print)

·Work with development associates, gift officers, writers, and data analytics team

·Utilize fundraising software database to input data and extract information.

·Assist in developing and tracking stewardship strategies for donors

Preferred Criteria

·Fluent in Microsoft Office programs, and working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat

·A background in communications or writing

Required Criteria

·Bachelor’s degree 

·1-4 years of relevant experience 

·Strong written and communication skills 

·Some database experience

$58,500-$79,000/Annual
