Department and Practice Liaison – Midtown
The Department & Practice Liaison acts as the primary point of contact between the practice staff and contact center in our Access to Care Implementation projects. In serving as the liaison, they will obtain regular feedback from the departments and physician practices within their sphere, and will organize, track, ad help to resolve workflow and project tasks. These liaisons will also disseminate information and communications coming from the contact center leadership, technical teams (EPIC Cheers), and other relevant workstreams amongst the departments and practices they are assigned to. This is a key role in ensuring there are consistent and clear lines of communication between the enterprise and contact center operations management.
In addition, the Liaison is also responsible for identifying and developing relationships with customer leaders for collaboration, knowledge obtainment, referencing, and internal and external best practice sharing. To aide in relationship development, this position is also responsible for understanding community business needs and trends through completing market analysis.
This is a full-time position based out of our corporate office in Midtown Manhattan.
Preferred Criteria:
Prior experience in practice management
Previous experience working in project management, account management, relationship building, or communications is preferred
Works collaboratively with others, establishes credibility and rapport with Leadership and employees across the business
Required Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
4 years of experience in customer-facing roles is required
Demonstrated proficiency and/or understanding of project management including executing technical and operational project activities with cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide quick resolution to issues, collaborative problem solving in complex, and interdisciplinary settings.

Salary Range:
