The AIM practice offers comprehensive and compassionate adult primary care services. Our providers perform annual physical exams, help patients manage their medical conditions and treat a wide range of conditions, regardless of their patients’ insurance statuses. 

At AIM, establishing long-term relationships with our patients is an essential part of our practice. Our team encourages open communication and strive to connect with each person they treat. This approach helps our team provide personalized care that addresses each patient’s needs and concerns.

As part of a leading academic medical institution, our providers also have access to and working relationships with top specialists. Our shared electronic medical records (EPIC) make it easy for our internists and specialists to collaborate and coordinate their treatment plans.

Use your Nursing experience to be part of this team caring for patients in an outpatient setting. You will triage patients and determine urgency of care; provide follow up and education that allows the patients to be in control of their health; administer vaccinations to keep patients healthy and provide all aspects of patient care. You will be working with an inter professional staff to coordinate care and follow up services.

This is a full-time position with the following schedule: 
Mon/Wed/Friday 10 am – 6:30 pm; 
Tuesday & Thursday 10:30 am – 7 pm.

Preferred criteria:
 ·       Ambulatory Care Experience
·       Certification in Ambulatory Care Nursing
·       Bilingual -English/Spanish

Required criteria:
 ·       Current New York State RN License
·       BSN
·       At least one-year RN adult acute care experience
·       Current BLS through the AHA

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

Salary Range:

$124,693-$136,018/Annual
