Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer - Human Resources
We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally focused Chief of Staff to partner with our Group Senior Vice President Chief People & Culture Officer and the People leadership team. With oversight from the VP of People Operations and Strategy, this role is critical in driving organizational effectiveness, enabling executive decision-making, and ensuring seamless execution of initiatives across the HR function.
The Chief of Staff will help streamline HR communication and messaging, coordinate HR Town Halls & retreats, create executive-level Board presentations, and leverage technology, data, and AI to optimize processes. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to work in an agile environment while influencing at the highest levels of leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Operations
- Partner with the CPO to define and execute the People strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee operational processes and implement agile practices for efficiency and adaptability.
- Drive annual planning, OKRs, and performance tracking for the People organization.
Executive Leadership & Governance
- Support the CPO in managing People Committee work, including agenda setting, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CPO and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and decisions.
Communication & Presentation Development
- Create compelling executive-level presentations for board meetings, leadership forums, and company-wide communications.
- Translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable narratives for diverse audiences.
Technology, Data & AI Integration
- Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance HR operations and employee experience.
- Use data analytics and AI-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize processes.
Project & Program Management
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Monitor progress on strategic projects and provide regular updates to leadership.
This is a full time day shift position working 4 days in-office and the ability for 1 day remote.
Preferred Criteria
Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Understanding of Human Resources
Experience working with Senior Leader Executives
Required Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 2 years related experience

Salary Range:
