Audio Visual Technician
We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Audio/Visual Technician to join our AV collaborations team to support the daily operation and AV infrastructure. This role involves monitoring and troubleshooting AV systems, assisting staff with meetings and events, and ensuring seamless operation of AV equipment, presentations, and communication technologies. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to provide excellent real-time support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
This position reports onsite 5 days a week.
Preferred Criteria
- 1-2 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of integrated AV systems (Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure, etc.)
- Previous experience in a corporate or healthcare AV environment
- ITIL Certification
Required Criteria
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- PC, Mac, and network skills
- Microsoft Office, Zoom knowledge
- Always maintain confidentiality and privacy
- Must be punctual and dedicated to schedule commitments
- Excellent work ethic and customer service oriented
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (on-site and remote)
