Donor Recognition Associate
New York-Presbyterian seeks a Development Donor Recognition Associate based at our corporate office located in midtown. This position will report to and work closely with Donor Recognition Team to assist in the Hospital’s efforts to secure funding for capital projects, state-of-the-art technology, and many other initiatives. In order to be successful, this individual will need to work collaboratively with other staff in the Office of Development and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively support development associates, coordinators, fundraisers, administrators, sign fabricators, and staff.
- Implement small donor signage projects from production through installation.
- Utilize fundraising software database to input data and extract information.
- Conduct donor recognition audits.
- Travel to all NYP campuses.
Preferred Criteria
- Fluent in Microsoft Office programs, and working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
- A background in signage, design, architecture, or related creative field
Required Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong written and communication skills
- Some database experience

Salary Range:
