Analyst System Payroll (Hybrid)

Perform payroll system support and run specific payrolls for our hospital. Manage payroll cycles, including data entry, calculations, and reconciliations.Utilize your extensive ADP reporting skills to design, develop, and run data queries. Analyze data to identify discrepancies, errors, or trends.Participate in special projects, audits, system upgrades and daily payroll functions.Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, or deductions.Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure payroll alignment with organizational goals.

This a full-time day hybrid position located at our off -site Brooklyn Office.

Preferred Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with ADP and Workday
  • Strong Experience with Microsoft Excel

Required Criteria

  • Associate’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant payroll work experience
  • User – technical experience supporting data transfers and report query tools

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Salary Range:

$79,500-$105,500/Annual
