The Facilities Systems Analyst implements and oversees Facilities and Real state computer systems with the goal of increasing efficiency. They are responsible for observing and monitoring system activity to identify vulnerabilities or areas of improvement in processes, configurations, training, and reporting. They will work with key stakeholders and team members by assisting in the design and implementation of systems and solutions, while documenting process, workflow and requirements. Implements IT solutions by defining and analyzing system and business problems, and validating standards and solutions. Defines and develops basic end-user reports and dashboards. Identifies application issues by consulting with key stakeholders, evaluating procedures, processes, and system
configurations. Works with other departments and groups to ensure that necessary data is available for the supported business processes. Ensures operation of IT solutions by training personnel and providing support. Coordinates and delivers testing programs and process changes throughout the Facilities organization as needed. Provides first-level technical support for end users, opening, updating, and closing Help Desk Tickets.
This is a full time position located at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center.
Required Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a facilities operations and project environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and with systems users
- Experience working within a project methodology framework to manage and deliver system implementation or process improvement solutions
- Demonstrated experience in report writing
Preferred Criteria
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Facilities Management
- Skill and experience in SQL and with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services, QlikView, Tableau, or others
- Knowledge and experience with CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, or others.

Salary Range:
