Analyst - Facilities Enterprise Systems (Oracle’s Unifier System)

For the Oracle Unifier system, the Facilities Systems Analyst implements and oversees Facilities and Real Estate computer systems with the goal of increasing efficiency. They are responsible for observing and monitoring Unifier system activity to identify vulnerabilities or areas of improvement in processes, configurations, training, and reporting. They will work with key stakeholders and team members by assisting in the design and implementation of systems and solutions, while documenting process, workflow and requirements. Supporting the organizational mission by effectively capturing business requirements and mapping processes in support of business priorities. Implements technical IT solutions by defining and analyzing system and business problems, and validating standards and solutions. Defines and develops basic end-user reports and dashboards. Works with other departments and groups to ensure that necessary data is available for the supported business processes. Ensures operation of technical IT solutions by training personnel and providing support. Coordinates and delivers testing programs and process changes throughout the Facilities organization. Provides first-level technical support for end users, opening, updating, and closing Help Desk Tickets.

This is a full time position located at NewYork-Presbyterian / Weill Cornell Medical Center.

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a facilities operations and project environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and with systems users
  • Experience working within a project methodology framework to manage and deliver system implementation or process improvement solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in report writing

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Facilities Management
  • Certification in Business Analysis, Quality Management (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.), Change Management, or Project Management

Salary Range:

$100,500-$114,500/Annual
