Our Division of Community and Population Health programs build upon, and tie together, the Hospital’s inpatient care coordination, Ambulatory Care Network, community outreach programs, and the effort of community-based providers. Now, we're seeking a Supervisor to help drive this work forward. 

Ambulatory Care Network Supervisor – Washington Heights – Days

Step into the fast-paced division of our Outpatient Clinic, in a role responsible for supervising and evaluating our Patient Financial Advisors. Manage various projects, including those focused on account reconciliation and the sliding fee scale. This role will be responsible for ensuring there is a seamless flow for our patients. Frequently communicate with patients and address their concerns and requests. Regularly assess clinic operations, and help implement quality/performance improvement initiatives. Use your quality improvement skills to drive changes, from access to communication, with a goal of improving the quality of care for patients in the community. 

This is a full-time position working 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Preferred Criteria 

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Experience working in a community setting
  • Ability to function independently with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree

Required Criteria

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

Salary Range:

$65,500-$97,000/Annual
