Administrative Team Lead

This position will be responsible for managing and overseeing the administrative team(s) which include Executive Business Associates and additional administrative staff. The individual will ensure that the daily office operations are performed in an efficient manner. This role also requires a significant amount of communication and coordination with other staff and departments, including Senior Executives. In this role the Administrative Team Lead will develop, review and improve administrative systems, policies and procedures.

Preferred Criteria

  • Experience with high-volume calendar management

  • Supervisory experience 

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • 3-5 years of progressive responsible experience in and process improvement, project management and strategic planning

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Salary Range:

$91,500-$119,800/Annual
