Accounts Receivable Representative – Central Billing Office
In this role, you will support the Central Billing Office, working closely with billing supervisors and specialists, practice managers, and others to ensure optimal revenue cycle efficiency and patient satisfaction. This position is vital to the hospital's efficient and effective financial operations and helps make a life-changing difference.
Allow your outstanding communication skills and superior multi-tasking abilities to shine as you take on this critical role, where you can showcase your knowledge of CMS and other insurance carrier guidelines, CPT, ICD-10, and modifiers, and experience with claim corrections and appeals.
Preferred Criteria:
Working knowledge of EPIC
2 years of prior experience in revenue cycle operations.
Associates degree
Bilingual (Spanish)
Required Criteria:
One year related experience
High School Diploma or GED
Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written
Ability to demonstrate compassion and strong customer service skills
Effective communication skills. Solid working knowledge of third party insurance payors
