Supervisor - Rehabilitation - Hudson Valley

This position oversees the provision of clerical support and performs task necessary to facilitate and efficient work flow. Responsible for collaborating with the CNM on recruitment, selection and orientation of employees in assigned areas. Provides work direction, assigns and/or schedules work, conducts on-the-job training, answers job related questions. Monitors performance and adherence to attendance policies. Prepares performance evaluations and recommends appropriate personnel actions for staff, relative to promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action up to and including termination. Assists in the interpretation, development and implementation of Hospital personnel and departmental policies and procedures
The shift for this position is Day shift but must be flexible with the hours based on operational needs of the department at NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital located in Cortlandt Manor, NY.
Preferred Criteria:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of hospital procedures, routines, regulations and medical terminology
- CPMC experience
- EPIC
Required Criteria:
High School Diploma or GED
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to problem solve
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate compassion and strong customer skills.

Salary Range:
