Work with children and adults in Pediatrics, Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine, and Family Medicine. At NewYork-Presbyterian, we're known for our compassionate care and commitment to excellence. Please note this is a full time 40-hour work week located at 35 South Riverside Croton-on-Hudson, NY Hours may change based on operational needs.
Must be willing to provide coverage across various Hudson Valley Medical Group locations as needed.

Preferred Criteria

  • Knowledge of medical procedures, routines, regulations and medical terminology.
  • Experience working in a busy healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of Coding: ICD 9, CPT-4, health insurance benefits/requirements.
  • EPIC or another EMR

Required Criteria

  • 1+ year of clerical experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
  • Effective communication skills verbal and written.
  • Superior Customer Service skills.
  • Energetic, approachable individual with a desire to put patients first.
  • Must be detailed oriented, able to problem solve and work independently.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform various registration duties efficiently.

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

$26.00-$32.00/Hourly
