Bring your talents to NewYork-Presbyterian/Brooklyn Medical Group and become part of our tight-knit team and the only facility in Brooklyn to utilize the some of the most advanced technology to identify coronary plaque and stenosis as well as identify other coronary and vascular anomalies.  Our Echocardiography laboratory is certified by the Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Nuclear Medicine and Echocardiographic Laboratories, ensuring that we perform the highest quality studies.  These exceptional standards and our coordinated team approach support our hospital commitment to Putting Patients First.

This is a fulltime, 37.5 hour, 9:00AM to 5:00PM (Must be flexible) weekly schedule with overtime as needed position. Bilingual speaking (English/Russian) speaking candidates is a plus. Travel will be required to three (3) other locations within Brooklyn Medical Group.

Preferred Criteria

  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certified by the American

  • Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)

  • Experience performing echocardiograms and vascular studies

 Required Criteria

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Echocardiography CCI or ARMS (Echo) Certification

  • 1-3 years of experience

  • New graduates are required to obtain ICAEL recognized certification within (12)months after being hired.

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

$52.90-$63.35/Hourly
