Supervisor Physician Assistant - Orthopedics and Urology | Full-Time (Brooklyn Campus)
The Department of PA Services seeks a Supervisor PA to cover Orthopedics and Urology clinical services. Supervisor PA will manage a team of clinical PAs (maintain schedules, performance evaluations, training, etc.) as well as collaborate with department administrators, physician leaders, the Chief PA Surgery, and the Director of PA Services in the strategic growth of their departments. Supervisor PA also retains the ability to perform clinical duties.
Preferred Criteria
-At least five years of experience as a PA with progressively increasing experience in hospital or healthcare leadership, ideally a history of surgical experience. Prefer active and engaged members of state and national PA organizations (ie: committee or Board participation).
Required Criteria
-Masters in Physician Assistant related studies
-NYS PA Licensure
-Current NCCPA Certification
-ACLS/BLS
-NYS Infection Control certification
-DEA Certification with NYS Opioid Prescriber training compliance

Salary Range:
