Program Coordinator - Division of Community and Population Health - Day Shift

Under the guidance of the Director, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out the coordination, implementation and administrative duties for assigned department and program. Works in collaboration with community-based organizations, area hospitals, off-site practices and community practitioners to assure productivity of program. Oversees program management and outcomes reporting.
This is a full-time grant funded day shift position 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday, located at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.
Preferred Criteria:
- Master’s Degree in a related discipline
- Grant budget management experience
Required Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills – possess verbal and written skills to convey mission and purpose to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, ability to work with diverse community groups and multi-task

Salary Range:
