Operations Analyst – Hospital Outpatient Practice Operations Management Office

In this analyst role you will work cross-functionally with all levels of leadership throughout NYP. You will provide data analytics and project management support for the day to day operational and financial performance of New York-Presbyterian Outpatient Hospital Practices  Key areas of responsibility for this role include analytics related to performance improvement, dashboard creation and management, operational efficiency analytics, organizational readiness preparedness efforts, documentation management and survey activation and response. Provide support to the Operations teams accountable for meeting metrics related to Budget Performance, Quality & Patient Safety, and Performance Improvement initiatives.

In this role, you will support the outpatient project manager  and campus leadership as part of the Hospital Operations Project Management Office to drive quality, safety and experience projects.

This is a full-time position, working Monday – Friday located at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Health Administration or related field

Required Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration or related field
  • Experience in hospital operations, financial management and / or strategic planning
  • Knowledge of Health Administration/Quality Improvement
  • Knowledge of  Management and Financial Skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other data analytics tools

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

Salary Range:

$74,000-$102,000/Annual
