Office Coordinator – Urology Services – Days
In this role, the Office Coordinator will provide administrative support for the urology and leadership teams. Assist with coordination of staff to ensure optimal provider/patient support during office hours. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing practice registration, obtaining authorizations, scheduling, managing physician’s schedules, and office templates, visit closing, billing/collection, ensure clinical information processes and systems are functioning effectively and on a timely basis. You will work closely with leaders to implement workflows to improve patient access and patient satisfaction. Get inspired by our patient-focused team and feel the pride of making a difference.
This is a full-time day shift position located at the NewYork-Presbyterian /Brooklyn Methodist Hospital location.
Preferred Criteria
- Associate’s Degree preferred
Required Criteria
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of office administration experience required
- Strong commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Salary Range:
