The Manager for Business Administration will work Operations and Support Services leadership to analyze the needs of the hospital and ensure that strategic goals and objectives are translated and adopted in operations through the implementation of new processes and adaptation of existing processes. These include workflow, employee relations, technology application, accountability measures and financial monitoring. The Manager will oversee the Support Services administrative team to standardize and align workflows, perform data analytics, create and maintain operational dashboards and presentations. The role will be responsible for and not limited to:
• Department Budget review
• Capital request planning
• Reconciliation of invoices
• Vendor assessment and contract review
• Position management and staffing analysis
• Time Keeping and Overtime Audits
• Vizient Reporting
• Special Projects assigned by leadership
This is a full-time day shift position, located at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.
Preferred Criteria:
· Master’s degree
Required Criteria:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 5 years related experience.
· Ability to work independently.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong interpersonal skills.

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Salary Range:
