Join our team as a Central Sterile Technician, working alongside NYP Central Sterile Technicians in providing sterilization services to multiple Inpatient Operating rooms including Labor & Delivery, Endoscopy and Interventional Cardiology. 

Certified Central Sterile Supply Technician - Central Sterile Processing - Evenings

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surgical trays and supplies in a safe and cost-effective manner. As a skilled professional at New York-Presbyterian, you will be responsible for decontamination, cleaning, assembly, packaging, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments. 

This is a full-time evening shift position working 3:00pm-11:00pm at New York-Presbyterian/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. Weekends and holidays are required.

Preferred Criteria

·Prior CSPD or ORT experience

Required Criteria

·High School Diploma or GED

·Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) or Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD)

·Computer literacy
