Administrative Coordinator – Cardiology
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide support to the Cardiology department and work closely with the department Administrator on the planning, direction and coordination of the administrative, clerical and secretarial activities in the Department, including department-wide projects and initiatives. You will be involved in what makes patient care here an exceptional example of quality care and brilliant innovation. The Administrative Coordinator will ensure service excellence is provided to patients, customers and other internal partners.
This is a full-time, day shift 8:00AM - 4:00PM position located at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.
Preferred Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience supporting high level physicians and/or senior leadership
- Project Management experience
Required Criteria
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of two years of administrative assistant/coordinator experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with administrative, medical and residency staff
- Excellent written communication skills
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently

Salary Range:
