In this role, you'll provide a wide range of clinical psychosocial services and discharge planning that is supportive of the patient and family's culture, values, and perspectives.  As a valued member of an interdisciplinary team, you will experience all the reasons why you entered such a rewarding field.

This position requires four shifts per month, weekdays/weekends

Preferred Criteria

• Medical Surgical experience

Required Criteria

• At least 2 years of Social Work experience

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)

• Licensed Masters Social Work (LMSW) by the state of NY

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
